With Online Futures Trading System, you will be able to trade: Hang Seng Index Futures, Mini Hang Seng Index Futures, H-shares Index Futures, Mini H-shares Index Futures, Hang Seng China H-Financials Index Futures, Hong Kong Stock Futures and Hong Kong Index Options.
Apart from the local market, you can trade overseas index, commodities, forex, and interest rate futures through Power Futures trading system.
The trading service of Power Futures is available to the client of Haitong international futures. Customer service department will issue the activation code of Power Futures to the client by email.

Remark: Login and password for Web Futures Trading are different with that for Power Futures. Power Futures will be operated individually regarding margin requirement, commission calculation, fund deposit and withdrawal, open and close positions.
Yes, you can place At-Auction order for Hang Seng Index Futures, Mini-Hang Seng Index Futures and H-shares Index Futures.
After placing an order, you will receive a message about receipt of the order. And the order will be shown in "Order Status" page. There is a unique order number for each order. Meanwhile, you can check the latest status in the field "Status" and make order amendment or cancellation instructions whenever necessary. If the order is filled, the order with information like executed time, quantity and price will be shown by pressing the "Ref No.".
Please go to "Position" and "Account Enquiry" for a full view of account balance and position.
When the net balance of online futures account falls below the maintenance margin level, your account executive will contact you for appropriate deposit before a designated deadline or without notice. Haitong International Futures Limited reserves the right to liquidate the position should the market reverses.
It is possible for the exchange to cancel or void executed orders whenever necessary in accordance to the relevant rules and regulations. It is recommended to read the terms and conditions and the rules and regulations from the exchange before trading. In addition, please pay attention to the announcement of the exchange.
There are several reasons why you might fail to place an order:
a. Not enough buying power:
System will hold required margin amount for all order placing requests (including Stop/Trigger orders that are not triggered and inactive orders) regardless of whether or not it has been executed for credit control. Clients can cancel some of the not-yet-executed order requests to release hold margin for another new order request.
b. Exceed the Max. Margin requirement (Exposure limit):
There is an assigned Exposure Limit for each online futures trading account as the maximum margin for open position. This is for credit control purposes. If your account has enough buying power but your order request will exceed the Exposure Limit, it will be rejected. If you would like to adjust your Exposure Limit amount, please contact your Account Executive.

If you encounter a problem during the auto-upgrade at windows Vista or Windows 7, you can follow to the steps in this attachment. If this does not help, we recommend you to re-install.
Advanced Order Entry combines both "Enter Order Entry" and "Quick Order Entry" function with the use of various hot keys, aiming at speeding up users' order processing.
To enable this function, you can click "Order"--> click "Advance Order" after login to Power Futures.
